A change is not saved
Wait for the page status to show Saved. If it remains unsaved, keep the page open, check your connection, and try the change again after refreshing.
Generation paused or failed
Open the book from Books and follow the recovery action on its progress page. Saved chapters and completed sections remain available. For chapter-by-chapter books, finish the current review step before starting the next chapter.
A file will not upload
Custom Knowledge and writing-style samples accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT. Confirm that the file type is supported and try a smaller, readable source file.
An export will not download
Confirm the book has finished generating and recent edits have saved. Refresh Books and choose the export again. EPUB is limited to fiction and nonfiction; other formats show only their supported exports.
A feature is missing
Series, longer books, and some generation options depend on the current plan. Check Billing and the message shown where the feature would normally appear.
You cannot log in
Use the same login method used at signup. Email/password users can select Forgot password. Social-login users should select the corresponding Google or Facebook button.
If these steps do not resolve the problem, open the support widget and include the page you were on, what you selected, and the exact message displayed. Do not include passwords or API keys.
